The newest elements are the grille and lower nose, and the dual-tipped exhaust in the back. The new Elantras are wider, longer, and are similar to the 2020 Sonata mid-size sedan models.
The new grille design is the biggest feature of the new Elantra, because it has wider spacing and is smaller than the prior models. The side skirts are painted black, and the new model as a whole is sleek and slimmer.
The Elantra is 1.6 liter four-cylinder and is turbocharged, the same as the prior models, and does not carry a manual transmission. There is no news of the Elantra 2021 model release date in South Korea, but we know it may be soon because the Elantra GT hatchback is already out in the states.
